New kids on the block?
Not exactly.
We started in 2007, initially providing contract surveyors and project managers under the banner of ‘Red Box Associates’ and whilst the core business back then was still cost consultancy services, we developed a niche in finding great people to fulfil a variety of roles for our existing clients.
Over the years this service has evolved to include providing permanent and temporary/contract staff for a variety of professional and technical disciplines, to a wider, more diverse range of business sectors.
Fast forward to now, and Mortimer Recruitment Ltd is our new business dedicated to providing recruitment and staffing solutions for the benefit of new and existing clients.
Community
In the city...
We’re active in our local business community, being members of the Nottingham City Business Club since 2018 (one of the oldest business clubs outside of London) we like to keep our finger on the pulse of local and international commerce, but our reach extends far greater than our Nottingham base, working with clients throughout the UK and Europe.

Whilst Mortimer Recruitment focuses on professional and technical roles, we support many initiatives that aim to provide work, education and training opportunities to people from a diverse range of backgrounds. Our Change Lanes initiative is designed to be a gateway for people to embark on a different path, be that training and education or work opportunities and forms part of our ESG programme.
