Skills focused recruitment

A skills focused recruiter. Does that mean MortimerRecruit is a jack of all trades? The answer is NO.

The Mortimer Group’s founder (Tim White) is a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, so we (obviously) have a strong focus on the construction and property sectors. However, we have carefully selected our other key areas of operation based on the type of commercial and public sector clients the Mortimer Group already work with, and after identifying key transferable skills.

Here's the thing...

We’ve mentioned we’re open and honest, right?

We recruit for a diverse range of professional and technical roles that we have a good working knowledge of but not necessarily roles we have ‘worked-in’.

We are open and honest enough to point this out from the start.

Why? Well, we think we are a bunch of clever so and so’s but if we were the top experts in your field we would be working in your field (We’re sure there is a joke about Farmers in there somewhere?!).
